The Evoke suite only permits PDF files to be uploaded.
To convert a document to a PDF file, you can follow one of the suggested methods below, depending on the software and tools you have available, such as Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat.
Method 1: Using Microsoft Word's PDF Export Option

Open the Document: Open the document you want to convert using the software that supports PDF conversion,
- For example, if you have a Word document, open it in Microsoft Word.
- Go to File > Save As or Export: In most applications, you can find a "Save As" or "Export" option under the File menu,
- Choose PDF as the Format: In the save/export dialog box, select "PDF" as the output format. You may be able to customize settings such as PDF quality, security, and more,
- Select a Destination: Choose where you want to save the PDF file on your computer. You can also change the filename, if needed,
- Save the PDF: Click the "Save" or "Export" button to create the PDF. The software will convert your document and save it as a PDF in the location you specified.
Method 2: Using the "Microsoft Print to PDF" Option
- Open the Document: Open the document you want to convert,
- Press Ctrl + P or Click File > Print: This will open up the Print modal,
- Select "Microsoft Print to PDF": In the list of available printers, choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" or a similar option, if available. This option is usually found under "Printer" or "Name,"
- Configure Print Settings: Adjust any print settings as needed, such as page orientation, page size, and more,
- Click the Print Button: The system will prompt you to choose where to save the PDF file,
- Select a Location/Choose File Name: Choose where you want to save the PDF file on your computer. You can also create/change the file name, if needed,
- Click Save: Save the PDF by click the Save button to create the PDF.
Method 3: Using an Online PDF Converter

Choose an Online Converter: There are many online tools available that can convert various document formats to PDF,
- Some popular options include Smallpdf, PDF2Go, and Adobe Acrobat Online.
- Upload Your Document: Visit the website of your chosen converter and upload the document you want to convert. Typically, you can do this by clicking an "Upload" or "Choose File" button on the website's interface,
- Select PDF as the Output Format: After uploading your document, most online converters will ask you to choose the output format. Select "PDF" or "Convert to PDF,"
- Start the Conversion: Click the "Convert" or "Start" button to begin the conversion process. This may take a few seconds to a minute, depending on the size of your document,
- Download the PDF: Once the conversion is complete, the website will provide a link to download your PDF file,
- Save the PDF: Click on the link to save the PDF file to your computer.
