What's on the Patient Page

The patient page includes general information on demographics and appointments, their ScoreCard, their medical records/upload exchange (MRE), and any external documentation.

Once a patient is selected, a patient banner is available at the top of the page. You can click the patient’s name to expand the patient banner dropdown. The patient banner contains a snapshot of the patient’s information, as well as the same links available on the patient page.

Note: The availability of these sections/patient data depends on your user access, permissions, and your organization's settings.
