Where does DataLink get suspected conditions that are automatically generated?

Suspected conditions are provided by the health plan, and each plan may use a different methodology for identifying them. The ESV may also suggest diagnoses based on the documentation within it. For example, a specific BMI might prompt the provider to consider diagnosing the patient with morbid obesity or malnutrition.
