The purpose of this Handbook is to guide you through accessing and utilizing the Engagement Management Tool (EMT)/Provider Relationship Management (PRM) module of the Evoke360 platform.
The EMT/PRM module is designed to be used by engagement managers (EMs) as they work with providers and locations. This module contains several tools that help EMs visualize performance metrics, manage appointments, observe team productivity, provide detailed team information, and upload documents on an office-by-office basis.
