How to Search for a Patient

You may search for any patient in the Evoke360 platform by utilizing the patient search functionality located at the upper-right corner of the application.

1. Click the magnifying glass icon located at the upper-right corner of the application
2. Type in at least three valid characters of the patient’s last name, then first name, date of birth, or their identification number
3. Click the correct patient’s name populated from the displayed dropdown options
4. Navigate to the patient’s page.
