The Quality Attestation Module (QAM) serves as a supplemental data solution, streamlining the process for quality attesters to submit supporting documentation to close open HEDIS measure/gaps. It allows quality reviewers to conveniently review and either approve or deny these submissions, all within a single application.
Note: Your access, functionality, and overall visibility within the module are determined by the roles and permissions assigned to your user type workflow: Attester or Reviewer.
You can either:
- Submit an attestation through the Quality Attestation Module (QAM) or via the member’s ScoreCard, or
- Review, accept, deny, and/or edit an attestation through the Quality Attestation Module (QAM) or via the member’s ScoreCard.
Here are some additional things to know:
- A confirmation message will appear when you submit/upload supporting documentation. The HEDIS measure status will update to pending to indicate that the quality/HEDIS measure information was received and is pending quality review.
- The option to review an attestation is available once the supporting documentation has been uploaded. In the modal, a quality reviewer can indicate Approved or Denied.
- If approved, quality/HEDIS attestation will be sent for gap closure. If the information is reviewed and approved (1 week), then please allow 60 days for the approval to reflect in the Evoke360 application.
