How to Find Educational and External/Training Resources

You can view, add, and manage educational and external/training resources right within the Evoke360 platform. 

• The Educational tab contains details on the associated report category and subcategory, report name, description, and the title (hyperlinked) of the uploaded resource.
  
  
• The External/Training tab contains the title (hyperlinked) of the uploaded resource, and details on the associated category, created by user, and created on date.

To access the Educational Resources or the External/Training Resources section,

1. Click Menu (1),
2. Select the Educational Resources (2) or the External/Training Resources (3),
3. Use the search functionality options to find the resource you’re looking for:
   • Type to automatically filter by category, sub-category, or title (4)
   • Multiselect dropdown to filter on report categories (5)
   • Multiselect dropdown to filter on report titles (6)
4. Click document title hyperlink (7) to automatically download PDF of the resource,
5. Click the eye icon (8) to review more details on the uploaded resource,
   • Click the View Training Resource button in this area to download the PDF.
6. Click to Manage Educational Resources link (9) to manage resources.
