To recover your username and/or password from the Evoke360 Login page,
- Click the Forgot username or password recovery link (1) to open the Password Recovery page,
- Enter your email address or username (2),
- Click Continue (3),
- or Click Back to Login (4) to cancel/go back to login.
- Check your email that is registered with Evoke360,
- Complete the prompts provided in the email sent to you,
- Log in with your new username and/or password from the Evoke360 Login page.
